The agreement

These terms govern your use of UW AI, operated by Growise Consultants. By using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

What the service is — and is not

UW AI is underwriting software. It reads documents, performs calculations, researches public sources and presents the results for a person to act on.

We are not a lender, a broker, a credit bureau or a financial adviser, and nothing the service produces is a recommendation to fund or decline. Every credit decision is yours, made by your underwriters under your own policy.

Accuracy, and the limits of it

The service checks its own arithmetic and tells you when a statement does not reconcile. That check is a safeguard, not a guarantee: a document can be forged, altered or genuinely ambiguous, and research is only as good as the public sources behind it.

Company research reports what sources say, with the source attached, and states what it could not confirm. A finding that something was not found is not evidence that it does not exist. You must not treat any output as verified fact without your own review.

Your responsibilities

Lawful use

You confirm you have the right to upload the documents and personal data you put into the service.

Accounts

One account per person. You are responsible for what is done under your users' credentials.

Permissions

AI features are granted by your administrators. Who you grant them to is your decision.

No reverse engineering

You may not copy, decompile or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Fees

The platform is charged per underwriter seat. AI features are an add-on charged per user for the seats where they are enabled. Fees, currency and billing period are set out in your order.

Trials are free and no payment method is required. We will not start charging without a written order from you.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership of the documents, figures or notes you put into the service, and we do not use them to train models or to build products for anyone else.

You can export your data while your account is active, and on request when it closes.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Third-party providers the service depends on — model providers and data sources among them — can be unavailable or rate limited, and when that happens the affected feature will fail visibly rather than return a result we cannot stand behind.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from a funding decision you made. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

Either of us may end the agreement on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend an account immediately for non-payment or for use that breaks these terms. On termination we will delete or return your data as set out in the privacy policy.

General

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the service. Questions go to support@growiseai.com.
